Affiliate Program Terms

1. Participation

You apply with your Sytoria account. You must be at least 18 years old and act as a business or self-employed person for the purposes of this program. We review applications and may accept or decline them at our discretion. Your partner link only tracks referrals after we have approved your application.

2. Commission

You earn the commission rate shown in your affiliate dashboard on the net amount (excluding VAT) of every successful payment made by a customer you referred, for the commission period shown on the affiliate page at the time of your approval, counted from the customer’s signup.

A customer counts as referred when they sign up within the cookie period after following your partner link and no other partner was credited first (first touch). Payments by your own accounts or accounts you control do not earn commission.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed in proportion to the refunded amount.

3. Payouts

We pay out monthly via PayPal to the account you provided, for commissions on payments that are at least 30 days old and not refunded, once your balance reaches €50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.

You are responsible for taxes on your commissions. If you are a business subject to VAT, please provide your VAT details so we can settle by credit note (Gutschrift).

4. Promotion rules

Promote honestly: describe features and prices as they are on our website, and never promise results, earnings or income you cannot prove.

Mark paid promotion clearly as advertising (for example “Ad”, “Werbung” or #ad), as required by the platform and by law.

Not allowed: spam (unsolicited emails, messages or comments), cookie stuffing or forced clicks, bidding on “Sytoria” or misspellings of it in search ads, impersonating Sytoria or our staff, fake reviews, coupon sites with codes we did not give you, and placing your link on sites with illegal or harmful content.

5. Changes and termination

We may change commission rates or these terms with 30 days’ notice by email; changes do not affect commissions already earned. Either side may end participation at any time.

If you breach these terms, in particular through fraud or prohibited promotion, we may suspend your account, withhold commissions related to the breach and end your participation with immediate effect.

6. Liability and law

The liability provisions of our Terms of Service apply accordingly. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is our registered place of business.
