What are credits?+
Credits are Sytoria’s universal currency. Every model shows its price in credits before you generate, so there are no surprises.
Do I pay for failed generations?+
No. Credits are reserved when you start and only charged when your video is delivered. If anything fails, they’re returned automatically.
Which models can I use?+
All models listed on our Models page are live and integrated. We only show capabilities a model actually supports.
Can I use the videos commercially?+
Yes — on paid plans you can use your generations commercially, subject to our Terms and each model’s usage policy.
Is there a watermark?+
Free-plan downloads carry a small watermark. All paid plans export without a watermark.
Do unused credits expire?+
Subscription credits renew monthly (Pro and Studio include rollover). Credit packs are valid for 12 months.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then moves to Free. No questions asked.
Where is my data stored?+
We operate from the EU and treat your prompts and uploads as private by default. You can export or delete your data at any time.
